Thomas Meldrum

Thomas leads engineering at Hullcon. Fifteen years across Australia and the UK have given him a working command of both transport and renewables, and the rare ability to set technical direction without losing sight of how a package needs to come together on site.

He has led civil and multidisciplinary packages across alliance and D&C environments, from major Victorian transport jobs like the Eastern Freeway and Western Freeway Upgrade through to wind, BESS and solar developments delivered in tight tender windows. The common thread is design that responds to constructability, program and cost from day one.

Thomas is a Chartered Professional Engineer with degrees in civil engineering and environmental science. He is most useful to clients when a project needs technical governance that can hold its ground in a value engineering workshop and a risk forum on the same afternoon.
