Thomas leads engineering at Hullcon. Over fifteen years across Australia and the UK have given him deep experience in both transport and renewable energy projects, along with the ability to set technical direction while maintaining a clear focus on constructability, delivery and commercial outcomes.

He has led civil and multidisciplinary design packages in alliance and D&C environments, spanning major Victorian transport projects such as the Eastern Freeway and Port Rail Transformation, through to wind, BESS and solar developments delivered within challenging programme and tender constraints. Across every sector, his focus remains the same: developing practical, buildable solutions that address constructability, programme and cost from the outset.

Thomas is a Chartered Professional Engineer with degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. Clients value his ability to provide strong technical governance while balancing project risk, stakeholder expectations and commercial objectives. He is equally comfortable leading value engineering workshops, facilitating risk reviews and guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex delivery challenges.
