Design Manager

Pricilla manages design on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, and she is good at the bit most engineers find hardest: the front end. That means planning the work, sequencing the consultants and building the program logic that has to hold up before any detailed design begins. Ten years across government, Tier 1 consultancy and contractor environments have taught her where projects come unstuck and how to design around it.

Most recently she led civil, structural, electrical, building services and architectural design for the 550MW Goulburn River Solar Farm. Before that she ran the buildings discipline on North East Link Central, managing more than 50 engineers across the Motorway Control Centre, ventilation stations and Lower Plenty Pod.

Pricilla studied commerce before moving into structural engineering, finishing with a Master's. The combination gives her the depth to push back on subconsultant design and the commercial sense to keep packages moving.
