Design Manager

Charlotte leads civil packages on major transport infrastructure jobs, with a particular strength in geometric road design and the temporary works that keep live traffic running while permanent works happen around it. Seven years across alliance and D&C environments have built her into the kind of package lead who can hold a team of 15 to a program while still answering the technical calls.

On the Doncaster Ramps temporary works package she led design for four ramps inside one of the most constrained construction and staging environments on the North East Link. On Pottinger Wind Farm she ran civil coordination and bulk earthworks modelling for 118 turbines across 26.4 hectares, all within a three-week tender program.

Charlotte holds honours in civil engineering and a commerce degree in economics, and is registered as a Professional Engineer in both Victoria and Queensland. She is most valuable when the job needs civil leadership that can run program, budget and technical calls in parallel without dropping any of them.
