Design Manager
Ajdin is a civil lead and design manager with experience delivering transport and infrastructure projects across roads, rail and renewables. He brings a strong blend of design leadership and hands-on delivery, with a focus on getting complex packages coordinated, resolved and ready for construction.
He has led civil and multidisciplinary design across major Victorian transport projects and large-scale solar and wind developments, working from early optioneering through to detailed design and construction phase services. His strength is in pulling together competing constraints — flooding, utilities, environment and staging — into clear, buildable outcomes.
Ajdin is particularly effective in value engineering and design optimisation. Ajdin is a Chartered Professional Engineer and experienced road safety auditor. He is at his best leading civil packages that need structure, clarity and a strong link between design and delivery.
