Adam Hull
Managing Director
Adam founded Hullcon to build a different kind of engineering consultancy, one that designs with delivery in mind rather than just for compliance. Sixteen years across government, Tier 1 consultancy and contractor environments have given him a whole-of-project view most engineers never get the chance to develop, and a clear instinct for what actually gets built.
He has led civil and design management on some of Victoria's most significant transport programs, including North East Link, Southern Program Alliance and CityLink to Tulla Widening. On EBTA his value engineering work delivered and led to significant direct cost savings to the alliance.
Adam runs Hullcon with a focus on optioneering, buildability and commercial reality. He is committed to supporting Australia's net zero transition, leading Hullcon's growing involvement in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects with a strong focus on practical delivery.
He is a Chartered Professional Engineer registered in Victoria and Queensland and is at his best when a complex package needs to come off the page and into construction.
